Future Superpowers: How to skip the line with AI
You’ve probably noticed the buzz around AI these days. Everyone is debating how artificial intelligence will transform work, business, and daily life. Yet – paradoxically – the most important abilities in the AI era don’t have much to do with AI itself. And that’s exactly what I want to talk about today.
Recently I experienced something that took my breath away. We opened a hiring round for new roles in our team and more than 200 candidates applied. Most tried to impress in the standard way—CV, cover letter, the usual. But one candidate understood something crucial: she leveraged AI and leapt ahead of everyone else.
AI as a Superpower
This candidate wasn’t an IT guru or an experienced AI specialist. What she did right was spend a few weeks studying and experimenting with AI to create something extraordinary:
- A flawless cover letter in both Czech and English
 - A data-visualization dashboard on AI adoption (exactly our topic!)
 - A new-product proposal
 - A 15-page “AI for Beginners” guide
 - A compelling presentation

Thanks to that, she was impossible to overlook.
What can we learn from this?
1. Ownership and proactivity
The key trait of people who will thrive in the AI era is the ability to take ownership and act fast. These people don’t wait for a brief; they find a problem themselves and arrive with a solution – just like the candidate who skipped the ordinary CV and delivered practical, value-added outputs instead.
2. Top-tier communication (and yes, flirting!)
Why flirting? Because great communication requires social intelligence and confidence. Interacting with AI is also about clear, rapid information exchange. The better you articulate your thoughts, the better you’ll use AI to solve everyday problems.
3. Ability and appetite to learn
In the AI era it’s not what you know now that matters, but how quickly you can learn something new. In just a few weeks our candidate mastered AI basics well enough to outrun 200 competitors. Keep learning about AI and don’t be afraid to experiment.
Taking it into practice
- You don’t have to be an AI specialist. Even a short, intense stint with AI tools lets you create things that will wow your boss or clients.
 - AI is a real game-changer. Companies and customers increasingly expect you to use AI to deliver greater value. The sooner you get this, the bigger head start you’ll have.
 - The future is here. Learn to use AI so your work carries high added value. Don’t wait for others to outrun you.

Shift your mindset. Discover the true power of artificial intelligence. Simplify, enhance, and scale your work – and, above all, focus on what matters while leaving the rest to AI. That’s exactly what our recent Future AI Leader Masterclass was all about. If you missed the live session, you can still access the full masterclass on-demand.
AI isn’t the future; it’s the present. Those who master it will gain superpowers that open any door.
Get started – you’ll be amazed how quickly you can leave everyone else behind.
F.D.
